Improve site reliability and performance and Unexpected Prolonged Downtime

This update makes the site faster and more dependable, especially during the unexpected growth periods when a lot of new content is being added and increase usage. The goal was a smoother, more stable experience for everyone visiting the site. Publishing new content is now quicker and puts less strain on the system, so adding large batches no longer slows things down. However, the downtime went longer than expected since it was night time for me, and my apology for that.
